When you choose annual billing for the Pro plan, you save 20%. Instead of $12/month, you pay $9.60/month (billed as $115.20/year).

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can export everything or reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.

Yes, Caliyo is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data portability, right to erasure, and transparent data processing. Our servers are hosted on AWS in the US and EU regions.

Yes, you can export all your data at any time from Settings > Privacy > Export Data. We provide your data in standard formats (JSON, CSV) within 24 hours.

Yes, you can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data, calendar connections, and AI conversation history within 48 hours.
